EmbodyFest Conduct + Liability Terms and Conditions for Attendees


By purchasing a ticket and/or attending EmbodyFest, you (the "Attendee") agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:


  1. Movement Activities: - Participation in yoga and other movement-based activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You acknowledge that such activities may involve physical exertion and accept full responsibility for any injuries or health conditions that may result. - If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, it is your responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before participating in any activity.


  2. Natural Setting: - The Festival is held in a natural, outdoor setting, which may include uneven terrain, wildlife, and other potential hazards. You enter and participate at your own risk. - You are responsible for your own safety and for assessing the conditions of the area before engaging in any activities.

  3. Participation in Events/Workshops: - All workshops, events, and activities are attended at your own risk. The Festival organizers and instructors are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur as a result of participation. - You agree to follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by instructors and organizers during events and workshops.

  4. Theft or Injury: - The Festival organizers are not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal property. Please keep your belongings secure and do not leave valuables unattended. - You acknowledge that attending the Festival may involve certain risks, including but not limited to, the risk of injury. You assume all risks associated with your participation in the Festival and agree to release and hold harmless the Festival organizers, staff, volunteers, and instructors from any claims or liabilities arising out of your attendance.

  5. Camping: - If you choose to camp at the Festival site, you do so at your own risk. The Festival organizers are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or losses that may occur while camping. - You agree to follow all camping guidelines and regulations provided by the Festival organizers. Please respect the natural environment and leave no trace. - There will be no personal fires outside of the designated bonfire areas.

  6. Parking: - Parking is provided for Festival staff and attendees upon payment, but it is at your own risk. The Festival organizers are not liable for any damage, theft, or loss involving vehicles or their contents. - Please park only in designated areas and follow any parking instructions or signage.

  7. Medical Assistance: - Basic first aid will be available at the Festival site, but the Festival organizers are not responsible for providing medical treatment. In the event of an emergency, professional medical services will be contacted. - You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of attending the Festival.

  8. General Conduct: - Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. The Festival organizers reserve the right to remove any individual whose behaviour is deemed disruptive or harmful to the safety and enjoyment of others. - The use of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violators will be removed from the Festival site and may be reported to the authorities. - Alcohol is prohibited.

  9. Assumption of Risk and Release of Liability: - By attending the Festival, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with your participation, including the risk of injury or death. - You agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless the Festival organizers, their affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from your attendance at the Festival.


  10. Acceptance of Terms: - By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the Festival, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not attend the event.
