Q: can I pitch a tent?

A: yes! this is a camping-friendly festival; please select the campsite add-on upon purchasing your ticket or purchase camping as a separate add-on.

PLEASE NOTE: only one tent is permitted per campsite + we encourage you to bring a tent. we recommend checking in at the same time as your friends if you wish to reserve neighbouring campsites.


Q: are their more luxurious options beyond camping?

A: yes! we have reserved the upper lodge where you can choose between rooms with 3 or 6 person capacities, access to newly renovated bathrooms + showers is included in this option.


Q: are day passes available for drop in on saturday or sunday?

A: no, at this time we are only offering full-access passes.


Q: Do I HAVE to stay overnight or can I coordinate a pickup/drive home?

A: Yes, you are free to come + go while the gates are open (refer to the schedule). Please note than parking spaces/passes are limited + we encourage you to coordinate a ride if you are coming + going throughout the weekend.


Q: Will there be first aid + security onsite?

A: Yes! We have a full team of security + first aid staff ready to be of service.


Q: are pets allowed?

A: at this time, pets are not permitted. if you have a registered service animal please contact us via email to coordinate.


Q: are children allowed?

A: at this time, this is a 19+ event.


Q: is alcohol permitted?

A: EMBODYFEST is a toxic-substance free festival, alcohol is not permitted.
